我應該怎樣保養鞋款產品? How do I care for my shoes?
避免碰水
請儘量避免在下雨天穿著鞋款,淋濕後不可在陽光下暴曬。請使用乾棉布小心拭擦,及後放置於通風陰涼處自然風乾。
建議當鞋款不穿著時,用乾爽清潔的報紙塞入鞋內並將鞋放置於通風陰涼位置存放。
Keep your shoes away from damp

Avoid contact with water and do not expose to blazing sun after getting wet. Wipe carefully with a dry cloth, and air dry in a cool place.When you are not wearing them , we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place and stuffed them with dry newspaper to make them retain their shape . 


避免暴曬
請勿將鞋存放於陽光暴曬或高溫的位置,否則鞋款有機會出現自然變色或皮面老化現像。
Avoid exposure to blazing sunlight 
Keep away from high-temperature places, avoid exposure to blazing sunlight, otherwise it is prone to discoloration and aging of leather.


切勿清洗鞋款
如有輕微污垢,請用乾爽清潔的棉布或透明鞋油及專業鞋類清潔品小心拭擦。切勿用水或濕布清潔鞋款,否則有可能出現發霉現象。
Do not wash the shoe 
For dirt on shoes , gently wipe with a dry cloth or use transparent shoe cream to remove the dirts . Do not rub with wet cloth or tissue or items will gone mouldy. 


避免硬物及尖銳物品碰撞
日常應避免硬物及尖銳物品碰撞,同時請勿將鞋款摺疊,否則可能造成永久摺痕在鞋面上。
Avoid damage by sharp object 
Protect footwear from damages by sharp objects. Do not fold the shoes or marks may permantely remains on shoes.

我可以取消或修改己付款的訂單嗎? Can I cancel or change my order?
為保証可以儘快為你送上己選購的貨品,所有一經付款確認的訂單均不能取消或更改。建議在確認付款前。清楚核對清楚訂單訊息才進行付款確認。

己確認付款的訂單什麼時候會完成並送達? How long does it takes for the shoes to arrive?
我們的鞋款都以預售模式發售以及全人手製作,一般生產時間為7-10個工作天,以下地區運送時間大約1-5個工作天,包括:
香港,澳門,內地,台灣。
而其他國際地區的運送時間則為大約7-10個工作天。
*溫馨提示:因突然的政治/ 天災 / 其他不可控因素,運送時間有機會延長,我們會儘快務求令貨品送到你的手上。
但如遇以上不可控因素,抱歉我們未能接受因而退貨或退款,還望顧客們體諒。


Our shoes are pre-sale and hand made styles . It takes approximately 7-10 days to produce and 1-5 business days for shipments to regions including : 
Hong Kong , Macau , China ,Taiwan.
For regions out of these area , the approximate shipping time will be around 7-10 days .
* Reminder : Delivery time may delay due to unexpected and uncontrollable conditions , such as : political instability / natural hazard . We are really sorry if this happens .We will try our best to get our products to you as soon as we can but we do not accept any returns or refunds due to these unexpected conditions .Thank you so much for your kind understanding and please accept our sincere apology .

有關貨品退換問題? What is our return policy?
本店不支持無理由退換貨,品質問題除外 ( 不接受色差或主觀等不屬於品質問題的原因退貨 ) 。
如因品質問題而要求退換貨,請在你簽收商品之日起七天內 ( 以物流簽收時間為准 ) ,聯絡客服作安排。在客服確認後 ( 以訊息日期記錄為准 )的三天內安排寄出退回之貨物 ( 以物流收件時間為准 )。其後請發送運單訊息給客服記錄。

退換貨時請注意

1) 請按客服提供的資料退回貨物,並務必填寫正確寄件資料,否則可能影響簽收及核對退貨資料。

2) 新鞋請在室內試穿。試穿時不能除去鞋底保護膠。並儘量在乾淨無硬物的地毯試穿。以避免弄髒弄鞋壞鞋面或鞋底而影響退貨。因試穿不當而做成鞋面,鞋底或鞋內裡損毀而影響二次銷售,本店有權拒絶退退換。敬請諒解。

3) 鞋子及鞋盒須完好無缺,外包裝完整,商品為全新狀態 ( 如附帶贈品須一同退回 )。所有標牌或貼紙不能拆卸。

4) 我司不接受任何以平郵形式退貨,如遇此情況,會拒收一切相關退換。請務必使用能提供運單號及追蹤快件的快遞公司退回貨品。

5) 如因品質問題需更換貨品,只能更換完全相同的款式及顏色。不接受更換款式或顏色。


We do not accept any refund or returns , expect for goods with quality issue . (Any return or refund requests due to subjective factors or reasons will not be accepted .) Please contact our customer service in 7 days after receipt of products (7 days after delivery time confirmed by courier service provider) and return the products to designated address in 3 days after confirmation with our customer service (3 days after confirmation via any communication channel like Whatsapp / Wechat / Facebook / Instagram etc) .Please send us tracking info after parcel was sent .Thanks .

Notes :
1) For any returns , please back to address confirmed with customer service(or contact us with Whatsapp or Wechat by +852 63939527 for details)  

2) When trying on the shoes, please do so on a soft surface without peeling off the outsole protective sticker so as to avoid damaging the sole or other parts of the product.We may reject any returns or refunds with any damges / dirts on products / marks of wear & tear .

3) Products must be returned in the original full packaging .We do not accept returns or refund with missing or damaging of any packing items .

4) We do not accept returns by mail , please send back the goods via courier that can provide waybill number for tracking .

5) Exchanging a product for a different one or for the same product in a different size or color is currently not possible even for products with quality issue .
可以更換碼數不合適的貨品嗎? Can i change for different size if my shoes doesn't fit?
本店接受更換相同顏色及相同型號的鞋款碼數一次。收貨後,如所選擇的碼數不適合,可免費更換一次其他碼數的同款同色商品,而退回原有貨品及重寄更換碼數後的貨品運費由本店負責。
(**只限香港,澳門和內地客戶可享包郵更換碼數一次的承諾,其他地區客戶需自行承擔運費以更換相同顏色及相同型號的鞋款碼數一次) 
而更換碼數一次後,本店不接受再次更換或退貨。

You can exchange for differnt size (same design & same color) for one time if products received doesn't fit you and we will be responsible for the shipping cost . 
(**Please note free shipping for exchange of size is limited for Hong Kong , Macaus and China area only , for regions out of these zone , customer will be responsible for all shipping cost so as to enjoy exchange of size for one time )
And we do not accept further exchange of size or returns of goods after .
